The Supriya – Return & Exchange Policy

At TheSupriya (by Supriya Apparels), we believe shopping for comfort should feel just as comfortable. That’s why we keep our policies simple, transparent, and hassle-free.


✅ Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects (stitching issues, damaged fabric, etc.)

  • Size-related issues (only if the product is unused & tags intact)


🔁 Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if you’ve received the wrong product or size.

  • The return request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds are strictly issued as store credits only, processed within 24–48 hours after we receive and verify the product.


📦 Conditions for Exchange/Return

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • All tags must be intact.

  • Exchanges and store credits will be processed only after the returned goods are received and verified by our team.

  • Exchange is valid for one-time only per order.


🛍️ Store Credits

  • Store credits are the only mode of refund.

  • They can be used for future purchases at thesupriya.in.

  • Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • COD abusers (repeated refusals) may be blocked from future purchases.
