The Supriya – Return & Exchange Policy
At TheSupriya (by Supriya Apparels), we believe shopping for comfort should feel just as comfortable. That’s why we keep our policies simple, transparent, and hassle-free.
✅ Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

Manufacturing defects (stitching issues, damaged fabric, etc.)

Size-related issues (only if the product is unused & tags intact)
🔁 Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if you’ve received the wrong product or size.

The return request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds are strictly issued as store credits only, processed within 24–48 hours after we receive and verify the product.
📦 Conditions for Exchange/Return

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

All tags must be intact.

Exchanges and store credits will be processed only after the returned goods are received and verified by our team.

Exchange is valid for one-time only per order.

Store credits are the only mode of refund.

They can be used for future purchases at thesupriya.in.

Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
